Meningitis Research Foundation Meningitis and septicaemia are life threatening diseases. Knowing the symptoms of meningitis and septicaemia, and acting quickly to get medical help, can save lives.
The site provides information on meningitis and septicaemia to people who are worried about someone who is ill, or who simply want to know more about the disease.
The Foundation works with health professionals, schools and employers who are managing cases of meningitis or septicaemia. It also provides support to people who have been bereaved as a result of meningitis or septicaemia.
